Natalie has extensive experience in recruiting practices and development, as well as client and account management. Her focus is on building long-term business partnerships with her candidates and clients to provide exceptional talent solutions. With her broad experience base, Natalie is comfortable recruiting all levels of positions in diverse verticals such as Finance/Accounting, Technology, Human Resources and Marketing, as well as other operational positions.
Prior to branching into recruiting, Natalie directed the global B2B Services organization for a large Atlanta-based home improvement company and ran eBusiness strategy at several companies.
Natalie holds a degree in Computer Science from The University of New Haven. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, many outdoor activities, and traveling with her husband and two kids.
