Tina came to IO in 2004 when she was introduced to Cindi through the small group ministry at their church. Tina stepped into the part-time workforce when Cindi found out Tina had 11 years of staffing and recruiting experience after she decided to stay home with her daughter.
Tina has been with IO for over 13 years, and her responsibilities are currently the Recruiting Manager and Associate Care Specialist. Tina is a native Tennessean, and received her BA from Vanderbilt University and her MBA from the University of Tennessee. Before IO, she worked for Exxon, and then spent over 11 years at Norrell Services in various sales, training, marketing, and management roles.
In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, walking with friends, trying new recipes, and reading great fiction.
