Susan became a member of the IO team in 2003 after stepping away from the full-time workforce to stay at home with her children. Since then, she has worked in various roles within the company and is currently serving as a Recruiting Coordinator assisting the recruiting team with talent acquisition. Susan has known Cindi since moving to Atlanta in 1991 and has watched Innovative Outsourcing evolve into the great company it is today.
Susan received her BA from the University of Tennessee and worked in Operations Management with LabCorp prior to joining IO.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 adult children, and 1 fur baby. She loves to spend time outdoors either hiking or on the lake.
