Matt Filer | Account Manager & Marketing Director

Matt joined the Innovative Outsourcing team in 2018. He is the favorite son of our CEO, Cindi Filer, and he decided to come work for her in an Account Manager/Marketing role. Matt graduated in May of 2016 from the University of Georgia with a degree in Communication Studies and a certificate in Leadership Advancement.
After college, Matt went to work for the Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program. He had the role of HR Director, where he was in charge of recruiting, hiring, training, and retention at two Chick-fil-A locations. He decided to bring his passion for making and fostering relationships to Innovative Outsourcing where he will help spread the word about what we do here at IO to businesses around Metro Atlanta.
Matt loves to travel around the world, play any sport that involves a ball, and surf with his dad.
