Joanne joined the Innovative Outsourcing team in 2021. Joanne has over 30 years staffing and recruiting experience. During her career she worked in several roles-from customer service, sales, management and eventually to the role of Regional Vice President of a national staffing firm.
Most recently, Joanne has partnered with hiring managers and business owners to provide the best talent for them to succeed. Joanne’s forte is in building positive, professional relationships and gaining an in-depth knowledge of her client’s culture and hiring needs. She partners with candidates throughout the process to ensure they can put their best foot forward, while she communicates effectively with all.
Joanne has a BA in Business Administration. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, and traveling.
