Cindi Filer is founder and president of Innovative Outsourcing, which she started in 1995 after leaving the traditional workforce to raise her children.
Cindi has two passions: to help small business owners navigate their ever-changing businesses and to help candidates find employment that allows them to do what they love. In addition to leading Innovative Outsourcing, she regularly consults with companies in the aviation, finance, legal, medical, technology and marketing industries. She offers her clients invaluable HR information that helps them improve their staff culture, increase productivity, and reduce their chances of litigation. Cindi graduated from Wake Forest and worked at First Union as a Corporate Lender and Delta Air Lines in Human Resources prior to leaving corporate America to stay home with her kids.
Married to her husband, Don, Cindi has two children, Matt and Emily. She loves to spend time with her family and travel whenever she can.
