Business association honors two Cobb women

MARIETTA – When Cindi Filer of Marietta, president of Innovative Outsourcing, quit her corporate job and started her own staffing company 14 years ago, her main goal was to spend more time with her new son.

The wife and mother of two said Marietta-based Innovative Outsourcing began as a way to help other professionals, who also wanted to work fewer hours to be with their families, find part-time jobs in their career fields. Over the past 14 years, her company has found such jobs for about 400 people in metro Atlanta. She employs 50 workers. Read the full article (PDF) >
