Susan Huffman joined the Innovative Outsourcing team in 1997 when she worked as an associate handling project work for various IO clients. She accepted an invitation to join the IO staff in 2004 as an account manager and became IO’s go-to person for a variety of important assignments.

Today Susan concentrates on Associate Care, reaching out to our talented staff on a regular basis ensuring they have everything they need to be successful and happy in what they do.

As a graduate of the University of Tennessee in Medical Technology, Susan began her career as a lab technologist where she eventually transitioned to the operations and customer service side of medical lab industry.

Susan is married to Chip Huffman and they have two fabulous children, Katie (17) and Alex (14), and a beautiful chocolate lab named Jenny.
