Sharon began working for Innovative Outsourcing in 2006. Her extensive corporate experience, sharp financial skills and proficiency in problem solving made her an immediate asset to the IO management team. Specializing in recruiting, sales, and account management, Sharon pulls from previous small business experience as vice president of Operation at a start-up bank, which she helped launch. From there she went on to work for Fiserv, one of the largest financial services companies in the nation, as an Account Manager.

Sharon stays busy raising two children who attend Kings Ridge Christian School. She enjoys reading, exercise, and boating.
