Executive Assistant

Olivia Bethea is a recent addition to the Innovative Outsourcing team having joined the staff in late 2011. She spent the bulk of her career working as a Human Resources Generalist for various corporations.

Olivia initially worked for IO on a temporary basis filling in for two staff members  who were on medical leave. Several years later she was presented with the opportunity to become a permanent member  of the Innovative Outsourcing Recruiting Team. She loves the “human” part of Human Resources and is excited about  being able to focus exclusively on the area of recruiting.

Olivia is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She and her husband are the proud parents of three children, an adult son and two teenage daughters.

In her spare time Olivia enjoys walking,  reading books from a variety of genres,  and supporting her children in their various extra-curricular activities.
