Amy joined Innovative Outsourcing as an associate working for a local technology company in June of 2010. Her past corporate experience (15 years) coupled with her love for small business drew the attention of the executive team and in January 2011 she was invited to cross over and go to work supporting the marketing needs of Innovative Outsourcing. Today she is dedicated to spreading the word about the unique, effective ways IO approaches alternative staffing.

She is married with two children, Avery (14) and Tyler (6) and considers them her most significant contribution to date.
